Dear stripe Payments Company,
1 acknowledge receipt of your message stating that Stripe considers this matter closed. However, | respectfully dispute both the adequacy of the response provided on May 06, 2026 and the
decision to permanently close the account and suspend payouts.
Your correspondence does not provide sufficient factual or legal grounds explaining:
« the specific basis for the account closure;
« the reasons for the continued suspension of payouts;
« the alleged conduct or risk factors relied upon;
« the contractual provisions invoked; or
« the procedure available to challenge or remedy the decision.
As you are withholding funds belonging to the account holder, Stripe is required to act transparently, proportionately, and in good faith. A generic confirmation of closure without meaningful
explanation is insufficient, particularly where significant financial and commercial consequences arise.
Accordingly, 1 formally request:
1. A detailed statement of reasons for the account closure and payout suspension;
2. Identification of the specific Terms of Service provisions relied upon;
3. Clarification of whether the decision was automated, partially automated, or manually reviewed;
4. Confirmation of the exact amount currently withheld and the legal basis for retaining such funds;
5. Reconsideration of the payout suspension and release of undisputed funds without delay.
Please treat this correspondence as a formal appeal and escalation request. In the absence of a substantive response, al rights and remedies remain expressly reserved.
